Unified POS & financial ledger for serialized electronics

Built for any device with an IMEI or serial number

Smartphones, laptops, MacBooks, tablets, consoles, smartwatches and hardware.

Generic retail software counts stock; it cannot tell you which unit you sold. LedgerOne tracks every device by its own IMEI or serial, keeps separate USD and IQD cash safes, finances installment sales, and reports on all of it.

Module 01 · Inventory

Per-unit IMEI and serial tracking

SN Laptops and PCs — ASUS VivoBook, Dell XPS, MacBook Pro serials.
IMEI Phones — 15-digit IMEI validation, with barcode-scanner entry.
QC Custom attributes — storage, RAM, colour, condition grade and battery health.

Module 02 · Treasury

A real dual-currency cash safe (USD + IQD)

No more conversion drift. LedgerOne keeps two independent ledgers, each stored in exact whole minor units — cents for dollars, fils for dinars. Deposits, withdrawals, currency exchanges at a logged rate, and end-of-day drawer counts all post to the right safe.

IQD cash safe

Module 03 · Financing

Installment sales and credit risk

Sell on terms of 1 to 24 months with whatever down payment you agree. LedgerOne builds the payment schedule, flags late installments and the days they are overdue, applies collections oldest-first, and guards your capital with per-customer credit limits and a risk-rated blacklist.

Why LedgerOne

A general retail POS vs. LedgerOne

Where ordinary retail software breaks down in an electronics shop, and what LedgerOne does instead.

Capability General retail POS LedgerOne
Unit tracking Quantities only — “iPhone 15: 10 in stock”. No way to tell which device left the shop. Every unit carries its own IMEI or serial, purchase cost, supplier and full history.
Currencies One currency, with conversions that leave the drawer short and the books wrong. USD and IQD side by side in separate safes, with logged exchange rates and whole-unit arithmetic.
Installments Kept in a spreadsheet, disconnected from stock, serials and invoices. Built in: generated schedules, down payments, overdue alerts and credit limits.
Language & direction Half-translated menus, or an LTR layout forced onto Arabic and Kurdish. Four languages written into the product, with a genuine right-to-left layout.

Frequently asked

Questions we get asked most

Straight answers about how the system works day to day.

Is LedgerOne only for phone shops, or other electronics too?
Anything with a serial number or an IMEI. Laptops, MacBooks, desktop PCs, tablets, smartwatches, consoles, mirrorless cameras, VR headsets, audio gear and serialized PC components all work the same way.
How does the dual-currency safe work in practice?
USD and IQD each get their own ledger. Sales, safe balances, supplier debt and customer balances stay in the currency they were made in, stored as whole minor units, so nothing is lost to rounding or a mid-day rate change.
Can I run installment plans and chase late payments?
Yes. On any invoice, choose cash or installment, then set the down payment, the term (1–24 months) and the start date. The schedule is generated for you, overdue installments are flagged with the number of days late, and the whole month is visible on a calendar.
What if a customer stops paying?
Each customer can be given an installment credit limit, and there is a blacklist with low, medium and high risk levels. Flagged customers are blocked from taking on new debt.
Can we run it on our own server in the shop?
Either way. Private mode installs on a machine or VPS you own and runs on the shop’s own network with no internet needed. SaaS mode hosts several shops or branches together, managed from one operator dashboard.
How are backups handled?
One click packs the whole MySQL database and every uploaded file — customer ID scans, invoice logos — into a single ZIP you can download, and restore from just as quickly. Hourly backups can run on their own, and a daily financial summary can arrive over Telegram.
